Return and Exchange Policy

In order to ensure your return or exchange request is handled efficiently, we kindly request that you initiate the process by emailing returns@tileredi.com. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange, and attach pictures showing the product along with its packaging. Once your email is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

All sales are final on the following products, returns will not be accepted:

  • Dual and Triple Curb Shower Pans
  • Redi Your Way® - Custom Pans, Niches and Benches
  • Redi Wall™
  • Tile Trim

For all other products, our returns policy is as follows:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Custom-made products may not be returned.

Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for exchange shipping cost.
  • Custom-made products may not be exchanged.
